It’s wide glass windows allow you to watch the sunrise and sunset from the comfort of your porch, and watch as fishing boats come and go from the bay. The serene environment in which the house is nestled is mirrored in the elegant design of the house, allowing you to feel at home.

Bay View Villa consists of 2 units which are rentable in isolation or together, so whether it’s just you an your partner or the entire family, the Bay View Villa is a perfect get away.

A Fews Things We want You to Know

To ensure that you’re as informed as you can be, please see below information you may seek regarding the villa and it’s respective units. Upon request & booking we will send you a guest manual with the below information as well as additional information you will need to know prior to check in.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Check In

between 14h00 – 18h00

Check Out

12h00 on weekends, 10h00 on weekdays

  • Please make arrangements with the agent should you require a later departure/arrival (who will check if it is possible).
  • Checking out – Anything after 12h00 on weekends and 10h00 weekdays will be charged at R500 per hour and taken from your breakage/cleaning deposit (Unless under arrangement).

DISCLAIMER & INDEMITY

  • A disclaimer and Indemnity must be signed upon receiving the keys for occupation. It is a condition of occupation. Failure to sign will result in the booking to be cancelled and monies paid to be forfeited.
  • If either unit is left in an unfit state, and additional cleaning is required, it will be deducted from your breakage/cleaning deposit.

CHILDREN POLICY

  • Children are welcome.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

  • A cleaning fee will be charged based on booking.
  • This is payable with booking.
  • Villa 1 Cleaning Fee – R 650.00.
  • Villa 2 Cleaning Fee – R 400.00.
  • Both Units Cleaning Fee – R 1050.00.
  • If you require cleaning service whilst staying at the villa, this will be charged at R 600.00 per day.
  • Refundable Breakage deposit of R 4 000/ R 2 500/ R 1 500 for Whole Villa/ Villa 1/ Villa 2 to be paid by EFT prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Please note that we have a strict cancellation policy for bookings, refer to the below. We will try to accommodate postponements based on availability.

  •  More than 1 month in advance: 50% deposit refund.
  •  More than 2 weeks in advance: 25% deposit refund.
  •  Less than 2 weeks in advance: 0% deposit refund.

GUEST GUIDELINES & FACILITIES

VILLAS INCLUDE

  • Wi-Fi is provided in both units.
  • Premium DSTV package is in both units.
  • Nespresso coffee machine in Unit 1- please bring your own pods (only Nespresso original pods to be used).
  • Garages can accommodate 4 cars or 2 cars and a boat (within reason due to height restrictions).
  • Towels will only be refreshed after 5 days and linen changed upon request after 5 days per booking due to water restrictions.
  • Pool/beach towels provided.
  • Beach umbrella provided.
  • Cooler boxes for use.
  • Iron and ironing board for use.
  • Washing facility for guests staying 5 days and longer.
  • Basic cleaning and dishwashing liquid provided.
  • Shower gel and hand wash in all bathrooms.
  • Unit 1 only:
    • Aircons in all bedrooms.
    • Fireplace and braai room and outdoor Boma.
    • Separate fridge and freezer.
    • Gas Stove 90 cm.
    • Dishwasher and microwave.
    • Indoor pool.
    • Games room and portable weber braai for outside use.
    • Fans.
  • Unit 2 only:
    • Outside built in braai.
    •  Fridge /freeze.
    • Built in oven and top.
    • Microwave.
    • Fans.
  • Please contact agent if above mentioned items in units 1 & 2 need servicing.

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN

  • Firewood, charcoal, firelighters and matches.
  • Toilet paper.
  • Paper towels for kitchen use.
  • Dish washing detergents.
  • Refuse bags.
  • Sunscreen and mosquito repellents.
  • For those that stay longer than 5 days please bring your own washing machine detergents etc.

PICNICS & DAY TRIPS

  • Please do not use white crockery, glasses or cutlery from kitchen drawers.
  • Cooler boxes in the garage for use
